Start a session with Zoom

If you have already integrated your Zoom account on your Yeira site and have created Sessions in your Course, you will be able to start each of your Sessions from your Yeira site.

Steps to start a Live Session with Zoom

Go to Login> Courses> Course> Edit> Sessions.
In this section you will see the list of Sessions created for the Course, from the closest to the furthest in date. Identify the Session you want to start and click on the "Enter Now" button. The Zoom app will open.
You are ready! When the time is right, your Session will be available to your Users. Do not forget to activate the recording in Zoom to share it later with your Users (See this tutorial to learn how to upload the recorded version to your Course ).


Are your Sessions not starting? Verify that the Time Zone is correctly configured on your Yeira site.



Important! Take into account that the Session will not open if not until the date and time you indicated when you created it. As long as this is not the case, the Session label will say "SCHEDULED" and your Users will not be activated the "Join Session" button available in the Content Viewer. We suggest you schedule your Session 5-10 minutes before so that you can start your class on time.

If your Users are in the Content Viewer and the "Join the Session" button is deactivated and it is already live, they must reload the page to see the status change.
