Customize the General Information of your brand, add your Social Networks and Website.

General Information

Go to Login> Settings> General Information
In the "General Information" section , add your brand name, website and a contact email. The information you enter will be visible to your Users in the footer of your Yeira site.

In the "Social Networks" section you can connect your Users with your profiles on the main social networks: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Go to Login> Settings> General Information> Link in Main Menu
In the section "Link in Main Menu" you can create a personalized link of your Yeira site that will appear in the Main Menu. Add a short name and the desired link URL. This space can be used to direct your Users to your brand's Website. Do the same from your Web Page so that your users can navigate between both sites easily.

The HTML5 Resource of Yeira is an element that allows you to incorporate interactive Content to the Course uploading a compressed ZIP file. This advanced element requires a higher level of technical knowledge to be developed and to be able to take full advantage of it, however, it is possible to make use of various authoring tools that allow the content to be easily exported in HTML5 format. Follow the following steps to ensure that the Content folder is properly structured to avoid errors in its upload within Yeira.

Step 1: Make sure the HTML content has the right structure

Open the Contents folder before compressing it to ZIP .
Verify that you have a file called **"index.html" **in the root of the folder as shown in the following image:

Exit the folder and position the cursor on it, right click to display the options.
From outside the folder, select "Compress Folder".
Verify that it has been compressed in ZIP format correctly.

Step 2: Upload the ZIP file

Go to Login> Courses> Course> Edit> Content> Course Content
Create a New Topic or open one that you have already created to insert the HTML5 Resource.

Get your own Online Course Offer with Yeira is very easy, just follow these steps:

Step 1: Create your Yeira site

Go to https://www.yeira.training/en/comenzar to create your free account.
Inside the form, enter a name for your subdomain in Yeira. This will be displayed to all users, so we recommend it short and easy to remember. Subdomains in Yeira use .yeira.training, so your subdomain could be like mybrand.yeira.training. If you own a domain name, you can link your own custom subdomain yo your Yeira site.
Complete the form using a valid email that you have access too.
Click on the action button "Create free account"
Ready! Your Yeira site is now online, now you can start creating online courses in minutes.

Step 2: Login into your Yeira site

Go directly to your subdomain or name of your platform (eg: my brand.yeira.training) and log in with your access codes that were previously registered (email and password).

Private courses

Private courses

If you sell your Courses online with the E-commerce Module in Yeira, but you want to have a special Course for specific Users, which is not publicly displayed on your Yeira site, then activate the "Private Mode" In this way, only Users registered to that Course will be able to see it, and all other Courses within your Yeira site will remain public and available to be purchased in the shopping cart.

Steps to set your Courses as private

Go to Login> Courses.
In the course list in the upper right corner you will find a green button that says "Public". Click to change it to "Private".
A window will appear asking you to confirm to activate the Private Mode, select "Activate".
**Ready! **Your Course is already in Private Mode so you can register Users in it without it being shown on the main page of your Yeira site .
